If a mango and an avocado are already part of your diets, how about enlarging that list with amazing flavours, new textures and intense colours, all with extensive health benefits: Here is a list of our current produce offering, as well as their noted health benefits, a brief description, and recipes to help you get the most out of each fruit.

Soursop
Soursop fruit, with its sweet flesh and distinctive flavor, is grown commercially to make juice, candy, sorbet and ice cream.
Granadilla
Granadilla is high in antioxidants and vitamins A, B and E. It contains significant amounts of calcium, iron, and fiber.
Passion Fruit
It’s naturally sweet. The pulp of the passion fruit has a wonderfully tropical flavour and is mainly used in juices and desserts.
Maracuja
Also known as the fragrant granadilla, it's a big passion fruit with orange to yellow skin with fairly tasty light orange coloured edible pulp.
Physalis
Also known as Gooseberrie, they are tart berries commonly used in fruit desserts or served in cooked sauces for rich proteins.
Mangosteen
Mangosteen is quite sweet with a very slight sourness. It has flavours that taste like a combination of strawberry, peach, and vanilla.
Mango
The ripe flesh of the mango is soft and juicy, pale orange in colour, and has a texture ranging from fibrous to almost the consistency of butter.
Star Fruit
The carambola, or starfruit, is a star-shaped fruit with green or pale yellow skin, when ripen, which can be used in a wide range of dishes.
Pitahaya
Colombia’s yellow dragon fruit, pitahaya is sweeter than its redder counterpart known as dragon fruit.
Avocados - soft skin
Soft skin avocados have more water than the regular, making it a lighter meal for those salad and guacamole lovers. They are packed with antioxidants, helping to protect against diseases.
Lulo - Little Orange
Sour and Sweet, this one is the perfect combination between a passion fruit and a lemon.
Papaya
The papaya is a large, pear-shaped fruit with a green-yellow skin. The soft, juicy flesh is usually orange.
